However, it can’t promise to crawl your page and show at the result pages.
That because of “Meta Tag” (each page HTML header, Subscript & keywords), page links and “Sitemap” to fetch Google-bot crawling your site.
Unless, the site real owner figure out all the pages / sub-folder of Meta tag for you but it’s a hard job.
Create a Sitemap protocol by HTML or TXT formatted for Google and need site owner verification at Google Webmaster…
You only can do is adding more links at your sharing page and the links are useful of your content these could be converted “Keywords” to fetch Google-bot before URL submit.

There’s complexity involved when moving to a new server especially when it requires IP and DNS changes. You could take the matter in your own hands and either get a fully managed dedicated server or a virtual private server (cheaper). This way your web site is not prone to decisions that are beyond your control.

My personal recommendation would be Shared hosting. Off course not all shared hosting services are 100% reliable, but a careful research can actually get your job done the way you need. Shared hosting services are inexpensive and they provide bunch of features which you actually do not get in expensive VPS or dedicated plans.

I have been experiencing stable and reliable service from my web hosting provider. It would be worth checking them at http://www.spacehostia.com
